The Forsberg 6X36 Air Classifier is designed to separate compatible dry bulk materials using controlled airflow.
The unit incorporates an enclosed classification chamber with a manually adjustable air-control system. The external adjustment mechanism includes a clearly marked Close-to-Open indexed scale, allowing airflow to be adjusted for different material characteristics and separation requirements.
Material separation performance depends on particle size, shape, density, moisture, feed rate, airflow setting and the desired product split.
The machine also includes an enclosed feed/rotor assembly, upper outlet transition and guarded lower drive components.
