The FormPak BagPak 2100-SS-LH is a low-head industrial bulk bag filling system designed for controlled packaging of dry bulk materials into large spout-top bags.
The equipment combines an elevated material hopper, controlled product discharge, adjustable bag-holding frame and integrated weighing system. Its stainless steel dual-pipe fill head incorporates an inflatable bag-spout seal to help contain dust during filling.
The heavy-duty steel structure provides support for the bag filling assembly, while adjustable holder arms and fill-head positioning accommodate changes in bag dimensions. The system's integrated controls are designed to manage filling operations and improve consistency between bag loads.
Two matching systems are available, allowing buyers to evaluate the equipment for a single filling station or a multiple-station packaging operation.
Both FormPak systems are in new condition and were fully installed, electrically connected, and tested prior to dismantlement. All equipment operated as designed during testing, including the weighing controls, material discharge system, and dust collection equipment.
The systems were subsequently dismantled into four sections per unit for transportation and storage. Minor cosmetic surface scratches are present from installation and handling. They have not been reassembled or powered since dismantlement.
One photographed manufacturer identification plate shows:
Manufacturer: FormPak, Inc.
Manufacturer Model Reference: 22940-01
Date of Manufacture: June 2025
The systems have not been reassembled or electrically reconnected following dismantlement. No additional powered demonstration is currently planned.
Photographs document the equipment in its previous assembled configuration, along with a manufacturer identification plate and installed control panel.
Scale-Controlled Gain-in-Weight Filling
The BagPak 2100-SS-LH is designed to fill bulk bags by measuring product weight during the filling cycle.
The weighing system uses load cells, a summing box and a programmable digital weighing controller to manage filling operations.
The bulk/dribble filling program operates the material discharge valve in stages. Product initially enters the bag at the bulk-fill rate. As the selected weight approaches, the valve transitions to a reduced-flow position for more controlled final filling.
Once the target weight is reached, the valve closes to complete the cycle.
The system is designed for compatibility with industrial weighing controllers such as the Rice Lake 920i. Photographs show an installed digital control panel. Exact controller models and included electrical components can be confirmed during equipment review.
These FormPak filling systems are designed for spout-top bulk bags, with adjustable bag-support arms and fill-head positioning to accommodate different bag configurations.
During the filling process, the operator positions a pallet and bag beneath the filling head, attaches the bag lifting loops to the holder arms and secures the bag spout around the fill head.
A pneumatically inflated rubber boot seals the spout connection during filling to help control dust and product leakage.
The filling arrangement features an 8" product inlet lip flange, a three-position material discharge valve and a 4" stainless steel dust connection.
The elevated hopper has a nominal capacity of approximately 39 cubic feet, with steeply sloped sides and controlled discharge into the bagging equipment.
Both filling systems include vibrating densification equipment designed to help settle and compact material inside the bulk bag during filling. This feature can improve material distribution and packing consistency, depending on the product being handled.
Final integration depends on the upstream material supply, compressed-air connections, available electrical service, bag dimensions and the buyer's existing process equipment.
Maximum Bag Filling Capacity: Up to 4,400 lb
The BagPak 2100-SS-LH is designed for controlled filling of large industrial bulk bags used in dry material processing and packaging operations.
Potential applications include:
Industrial dry bulk material packaging
Powder and granular material handling
Manufacturing and processing facilities
Warehouse bulk bag filling operations
Material transfer and packaging systems
Filling operations requiring integrated weighing and dust management
Actual production throughput depends on material bulk density, flow characteristics, bag dimensions, upstream feed arrangements and operating conditions.
The 4,400 lb specification represents the maximum bag filling capacity, not an hourly production rate.
