Unused Carolina Conveying bulk bag filling station available from Kinsman Separation Service. Designed for filling bulk bags, Super Sacks and FIBCs with compatible dry bulk material, this carbon steel unit features an adjustable support framework, four adjustable bag-loop supports and an integrated Rice Lake weighing system.
The filling head uses a low-pressure inflatable seal to secure the bag spout during filling and includes a dedicated dust extraction connection for displaced air and dust. This is a basic filling-station configuration without a platform vibrator or separate bag-inflation blower.
The station is rated for up to 4,000 lb and includes a 48" × 48" Rice Lake RoughDeck HP floor scale rated for 5,000 lb.

This Carolina Conveying station provides a straightforward setup for supporting, filling and weighing bulk bags, Super Sacks and FIBCs containing dry bulk materials.
Four adjustable bag-support arms suspend the bag by its lifting loops, while the adjustable framework allows the filling-head position to be adapted for compatible bag sizes. The integrated Rice Lake RoughDeck HP 4x4HP-5K floor scale provides the weighing platform for the filling process.
Material enters through the 8" filling-head inlet. The bulk-bag spout is secured around the filling head using a low-pressure inflatable seal, helping create a controlled connection while displaced air and dust can exit through the dedicated dust extraction spigot.

The unit does show a few small scratches on the base from movement and handling, but these are cosmetic and are not the result of production use.
