Three Rice Lake RoughDeck HP industrial floor scales, purchased in 2025, available individually or together from Kinsman Separation Service. Each model 4x5HP-5K scale features a 48" × 60" heavy-duty diamond-tread steel platform rated for 5,000 lb.
All three scales are in like-new condition with approximately 300 hours of use and minor cosmetic surface scratches. Each has been tested with weight and operates as designed.
One Rice Lake 920i controller is currently wired for two scales. The third scale will be sold with a Rice Lake 120 controller. The 920i can control all three platforms if purchased together.

These Rice Lake RoughDeck HP floor scales provide durable, industrial-duty weighing platforms suitable for warehouses, manufacturing facilities and processing operations.
Each unit features a steel diamond-tread deck designed to accommodate compatible industrial loads. With three matching platforms available, buyers can purchase one scale for an individual weighing station or multiple units for operations requiring several weighing locations.
The RoughDeck HP platform design can be incorporated into existing weighing operations or configured as part of a new installation with compatible indicators and accessories.

All three Rice Lake RoughDeck HP floor scales were purchased in 2025 and are in like-new condition with approximately three months, or 300 hours, of use.
Each scale has been tested with weight and operates as designed. The platforms show only minor cosmetic surface scratches.
The scales were calibrated at the factory. Following relocation and reinstallation, buyers requiring certified weighing accuracy will need to arrange appropriate calibration and certification.
For applications that do not require certified weighing, the digital indicators provide zero/tare functionality to reset the displayed zero point. This function does not replace proper scale calibration or establish certified accuracy.

Each Rice Lake RoughDeck HP model 4x5HP-5K platform is rated for 5,000 lb and includes its load cells and foot pads.
One Rice Lake 920i programmable digital weight controller is currently connected and wired to two of the three scales.
The third scale will be sold with a Rice Lake 120 controller.
For buyers purchasing all three scales together, the 920i controller is capable of controlling all three platforms, allowing multiple weighing stations to be managed through one controller when appropriately configured.
All three scales have been tested and operate properly. The weighing equipment was originally calibrated at the factory.
The controllers provide zero/tare functions for normal weighing operations. Any required calibration or certification following relocation should be completed as part of the buyer's installation process.

The scales can be considered for standalone weighing stations or integration into larger industrial weighing and material handling operations.
Installation requirements depend on the intended weighing application, floor conditions, available space, compatible indicator connections and any material-handling equipment used with the platforms.

Where certified weighing is required, calibration should be performed following transportation and final installation.
